Return policy for ready-made products

We offer 30 days 'No Questions Asked' return for all ready-made jewellery items less than five hundred Australian dollars of value if the item is returned with its original condition. You acknowledge that all the shipping charges should be paid by you and if the selling price of the item is over 200 Australian dollars the item required to be insured during the delivery.

The item must not have been worn and the item should be in pristine condition with no damages, scratches, and have no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected before any refund is processed. Determination of an item is in the original condition is at the sole discretion of Brilliyond.

Upon the arrival of the item, the refund will be paid to your credit card or to your Paypal™ account.

Return policy for custom made products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Brilliyond Jewellery is not responsible for any repair or replacement that is requested as a direct result of including, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from neglect, accident or improper use, or damages due to unconsented repairs by third parties.

We do not offer change of mind refunds for custom made jewellery regardless of the price. All our engagement rings above five hundred Australian dollars of value are custom made. They are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law(ACL).
