Do you charge for resizing?

Resizing is often provided free of charge, but there are certain scenarios where we do apply fees:

- Rings featuring detailed, delicate designs or numerous accent stones on the band.

- Resizing that involves adjusting the size by more than two or three sizes, either up or down.

- When resizing multiple rings, such as engagement and wedding ring sets.

- Rings with a purchase price under AUD 2000.

For resizing, the ring needs to be sent to our Gold Coast workshop. The customer will need to cover the shipping and insurance costs for both directions.
