Can I resize my engagement ring?

Yes, we can resize your engagement ring after purchase. However, for certain very delicate designs, resizing may require a complete recraft of the ring.

To resize the ring, it will need to be sent to our Gold Coast workshop. In some cases, we may provide an alternative return address in another capital city if appropriate.

Shipping Cost and Insurance
The customer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs in both directions. Please ensure the parcel is insured for the full value of the ring. Until the ring is received at our return address, it remains the customer’s responsibility. Please keep the tracking number and lodgement receipt in your possession.

Packaging
Please ensure the ring is packaged securely. If you still have the original wooden engagement ring box we provided, we recommend using it for safe transport.

Resizing Charges
In many cases, resizing is provided free of charge. However, fees may apply in certain situations, including:

• Rings with intricate or delicate designs, or bands featuring multiple accent stones

• Resizing that requires a large adjustment from the original ring size, which may vary depending on the ring design.

• Resizing multiple rings, such as engagement and wedding ring sets

• Rings with a purchase price under AUD 2,000
