Custom Jewellery Order Deposit Policy

At Brilliyond Jewellery, we take pride in crafting unique, custom-made pieces, such as engagement rings, that reflect your personal style and love story. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we require an upfront deposit on all custom orders. The remaining balance is payable once the product is finished and you have had the opportunity to review detailed photos and videos of your piece.

Standard Custom Orders (Sapphires and other Coloured Stones from our own inventory)

For jewelry featuring centerstones from our own inventory – mainly sapphires – our standard deposit is either AUD 1500 or 50% of the total value of the jewelry, whichever is lower. This policy ensures that we can begin the design and production process without you having to pay the full amount.

Custom Orders with Diamond Center Stones

When your custom piece includes a diamond center stone, please note that we purchase these stones from trusted suppliers. Because of this requirement, the deposit amount for diamond center stone orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. This allows us to cover the upfront cost of acquiring the diamond while ensuring that you receive a product of the highest quality.

Final Payment

Once your jewellery is finished, we’ll send you high-quality photos and videos. After that, you can pay the remaining amount and choose to have it shipped to your address, or pick it up from one of our locations.
