Shipping and Returns
Brilliyond will not ship products to addresses outside Australia. Any orders received with shipping address outside Australia will be rejected and the payments will be refunded either to the customer's credit card or to the customer's Paypal™account.
Most of our product are shipped without a delivery fee unless a delivery fee is specified in the product page.
The delivery time for a products will be different depending on whether the product is available in-stock or not. Users should refer to the product specific delivery instructions published in the website. Brilliyond will dispatch all in-stock products within the next business day and take all necessary arrangements to ensure the products are delivered within the specified delivery time. However, Brilliyond cannot guarantee the total delivery time and will not be responsible for any delay due to factors beyond its control.
Items cannot be collected personally from our warehouse.
We offer 30 days 'No Questions Asked' return. You can return the item with its original condition and the full amount will be refunded. You acknowledge that all the shipping charges should be paid by you and if the selling price of the item is over 200 Australian dollars the item required to be insured during the delivery.
The item must not have been worn and the item should be pristine condition with no damages, scratches, and have no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.
All returns will be throughly inspected before any refund is processed. Determination of an item is in the original condition is at the sole discretion of Brilliyond.
We do not offer change of mind refunds for custom made jewellery. They are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law(ACL).
Upon arrival of the item, the refund will be paid to your credit card or to your Paypal™ account.
